Intented use and fields of application

Pseudomas CN Agar is a  selective Agar for the cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the addition of Cetrimide to suppress the growth of non-target bacteria, such as Klebsiella, Proteus or other prominent species in water.

Microbiological quality control

The Microbiological Performance Test is carried out in accordance with the requirements BS EN ISO 11133:2014 and PhEur. (Microbiological Examination of Non-Sterile Products in accordance with Chapter 2.6.13).

Incubation conditions: 2–3 days at 30–35 °C; Inoculum concentration: 80–120 CFU
