Intented use and fields of application

Pseudomas CN Agar Selective Agar for the cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with the addition of Cetrimide to suppress the growth of non-target bacteria, such as Klebsiella, Proteus or other prominent species in water.

Microbiological quality control

The Microbiological Performance Test is carried out in accordance with the requirements ISO 11133:2014.

Incubation conditions: 2–3 days at 30–35 °C; Inoculation concentration: 80–120 CFU
